We look forward to a terrific year ahead. The Maunawili Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (MES ‘Ohana PTO) is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization committed to enhancing and enriching the education of our children and fostering a sense of community within our school.
Please join or renew your MES PTO membership for the 2023-2024 school year. The annual membership dues are $10 per student or $25 per household.
We look forward to seeing you throughout the year ahead at the ice-cream social, various game nights, Glow Jam and many of the PTO-supported events and activities our team of dedicated volunteers help to organize.

To support our students! We seek to bring together the entire Maunawili Elementary community - students, parents, teachers, staff, neighbors, aunties, uncles, cousins - to work together towards a common goal: enhancing the educational experience of our keiki. We lead by the philosophy that if kids have fun at school, and they feel they belong to their school community, they will thrive and push each other to contribute and succeed!
Plus... we just love to bring the fun and see all those smiles on our students' faces!

Welcome Back for Staff, Kindergarten Welcome, Meet & Greet, Ice Cream Social, Fun Fair, Used Book Drive, Menehune Wellness Challenge, Trunk or Treat, Holiday Bingo and Movie Night, Trivia and Game Night, Campus Beautification, Earth Day, Santa’s Wish Lists, Menehune Clubs, Project Requests, Music in the Hale, Campus Beautification, Health and Safety, Copyright Licensure, Staff Appreciation, Appreciation Luncheon, Holiday Tree & Wreath Sale, Panda Express Fundraisers, Gift Card Box Fundraiser, Tetherball Courts, Fun Friday, Ice Cakes, Masked Jammers, Glow Jam, End-of-the-Year Celebration & Mahalo, Tuesday Folders. Purchase equipment and supplies. Provide funding (field trips, awards, scholarships, etc.)

We would love to have you! All families and staff are invited to become members and help our students have the best possible elementary experience! PTO participation is up to you - no time requirements or expectations at all - we only ask for whatever support you are able to contribute!
